some positives but quality dipped

The room cleaning staff maintained high standards throughout my stay. The guest relations team, particularly those fluent in Russian, were very attentive to my needs and ensured a pleasant experience.

The quality of food has notably decreased compared to my previous visits.

A mix of good and bad experiences characterized my time here. The modern facilities and spacious pools were a delight, but the service from staff often felt lacking. Some room details needed attention, yet the accessibility to nearby attractions made it a reasonable choice overall.

We had an incredible week at this hotel! The atmosphere was so relaxing, and my granddaughter loved the free access to the adjacent water park, especially the fun waterslides. The pool area was also stunning, and we enjoyed a lovely visit...  

after staying in a different hotel in antalya, i was thrilled with my time here. the room was spacious and had stunning sea views. the pool area was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly, making this relaxation a truly memorable experience....

Staying at this hotel was quite the mixed bag. The cleanliness is top-notch. I didn’t spot a speck of dust. The staff, especially at breakfast, were friendly and attentive. The lobby, bar, and dining areas are visually stunning and create a great ambiance. I appreciated the mirrored decor. it adds a unique touch. Free entry to the water park is a fantastic perk. The pool area is well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed the live entertainment at night. it added a fun vibe to our evenings. However, there were some low points. The check-in process was frustrating. The receptionist lacked warmth and came off as rude, which was disappointing. Fun facilities like the spacious pool and the diverse dining options were there, but the food quality and variety at breakfast need improvement. I often felt the options were limited, catering more to specific tastes. Also, the lounge music could use an update. some modern tracks would make it more appealing. If I return, I hope to see changes in service and dining variety. Overall, the hotel's beautiful design and cleanliness shine through, but the front desk experience and food choices need work.

The spa and the outdoor pool were perfect for unwinding after a long day of fun. The only hiccup was that the room service could have been a bit better at taking orders, but overall, we loved our stay! 😄

great family spot with fun activities

The deluxe room with sea view was spacious and included a balcony, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a safe. The breakfast buffet had freshly baked pastries and organic juices. The spa facilities were amazing, especially the hammam and hot tub. Direct beach access made it easy to swim in the clear waters.

The minimalist design is stunning, and the room was impeccably clean! I adored the fresh water and daily fruit. Plus, the location near so many activities and the water park is a total win!

However, the staff at the water park were grumpier than my cat on a rainy day! And don’t get me started on the breakfast labels—are we playing 'guess that food' here?
